Shipping Policy

Mamo Motorsports strives for same day shipment processing for all IN STOCK orders placed before 5:00PM PST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following day.  Shipping times are NOT related to 'Will Drop Ship From Manufacturer' Products. 

 

Online Return & Exchange Policy
 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for another product.  You can return or exchange your stock or non-custom purchase for up to 90 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them in the original box and/or packaging. Following are the specific time periods of our return policy:

• Up to 90 days from the purchase date a Full refund

• Between 31-60 days from the purchase date a Full refund less 10% restocking fee

• Between 61-90 days from the purchase date a Full refund less 20% restocking fee

 

All returns are subject to inspection. Returned items must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging, including all paperwork and instructions.  If you return a product to Mamo Motorsports without all parts included in the original packaging, Mamo Motorsports retains the right to either (a) refuse delivery of such return or (b) charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the product, or the retail value of the missing accessories, whichever is higher.  Custom or non-stock items cannot be returned unless implicitly noted in writing by Mamo Motorsports at the time of purchase.  Please call (661) 714-1317 with any questions.

If a customer needs to redirect a package that hasn’t yet been delivered and is eligible to be redirected per the shipper’s requirements, we will redirect the shipment per your instructions and change the delivery to your updated desired address. There will be a $15 charge for this service each time it is performed. Only if the package is rerouted will you be charged this additional fee.
